1. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pearl characteristics, measurements, materials, and prices are accurate. Because pearls are natural or cultured natural products, individual pieces may have subtle variations in colour, lustre, shape, surface characteristics, and appearance.

2. Prices and Availability

All prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Products are subject to availability. We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors and will contact you where an error materially affects an order.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue, or other reasonable circumstance, and we will provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

4. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed through the payment methods offered at checkout before an order is dispatched. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other payment services available on the website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

New Zealand orders of NZ$100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under NZ$100 are charged NZ$10 standard shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, please contact VÉRAI PERLE before placing an order so that shipping availability and costs can be confirmed.

6. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods

Our Returns & Refunds policy applies to eligible returns and refunds. We do not offer a general return simply because a customer has changed their mind. Where a return is accepted for reasons other than a fault, damage on arrival, or an error by VÉRAI PERLE, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

7. Pearl Care and Product Use

Pearls are delicate and should be handled with care. We recommend following the pearl care guidance provided on our product pages. Damage caused by improper care, chemicals, impact, alteration, or misuse may not be covered where permitted by law.
