Returns & Refunds
At VÉRAI PERLE, we carefully inspect each piece before dispatch. We want every order to arrive safely and as described.
1. Returns
We accept returns where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially different from the product description.
To request a return, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and any accompanying certificate or documentation.
- Items that have been worn, altered, damaged through misuse, or returned without the original packaging may not be accepted where the issue was not caused by VÉRAI PERLE.
- For hygiene and quality reasons, please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied by VÉRAI PERLE, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until the return has been completed.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
5. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and assessed, we will confirm the outcome with you. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges will only be refunded where required by applicable law or where the return is due to an error or fault attributable to VÉRAI PERLE.
